Claims (5)

  1. 認識対象化合物、機能性モノマーおよび架橋剤を含む反応混合物をバイアル中で重合させてバイアル内に生成ポリマーの薄膜を形成させ、
    バイアル内を洗浄して認識対象化合物等を生成ポリマーから除去し、
    バイアル内へ該認識対象化合物と同一または異なる認識対象化合物の溶液を注入した後、
    該溶液の上清液中に含まれる未結合の認識対象化合物の量を測定し、その結果に基づいて人工レセプターを評価することを特徴とする人工レセプターの評価方法。
  2. 認識対象化合物、機能性モノマーおよび架橋剤を含む反応混合物をバイアル中で重合させてバイアル内に生成ポリマーの薄膜を形成させた後、
    該反応混合物の上清液中に含まれる未結合の認識対象化合物の量を測定し、その結果に基づいて人工レセプターを評価することを特徴とする人工レセプターの評価方法。
  3. 使用されるバイアルが複数である請求項1または2に記載の評価方法。
  4. コンビナトリアルケミストリーの手法により行なわれる請求項に記載の評価方法。
  5. 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の評価方法により選択された人工レセプター。
