Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a trouble since the trouble occurring as a result of a safety belt itself inflicting an injury on a passenger fastening the safety belt is apt to occur since a conventional safety belt attached to an automobile is locked momentarily during the occurrence of a clash. SOLUTION: A part of a belt 11 forms a pleat-form tack part. With the tack part brought into a state to be covered with a rubber-form elastic substance, one end part of the rubber elastic substance is fixed at one end part of a tack part, and the other end part of the rubber-form elastic substance is fixed at the other end part of the tack part to form a buffering member 12, which is arranged in the desired spot of the belt. When a safety belt is functioned and the tack part is stretched, the stretching speed of the tack part is suppressed through the elastic force of the rubber-form elastic substance and an impact exerted on the passenger is relaxed.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an automobile safety belt provided with a cushioning member for reducing an impact on a human body when the safety belt functions. 2. Description of the Related Art A safety belt mounted on an automobile has a function of winding and sending the belt in order to fix and protect a human body in an emergency such as a collision or sudden braking. Is locked instantaneously. Therefore, at this time, the safety belt may momentarily apply a strong pressure to the chest or the like of the human body, causing a bruise, a tear, or even a fracture. Especially for children, the belt is located near the neck, so it is more dangerous. [0003] The safety belt is worn to protect the human body. However, the conventional safety belt itself is a weapon that causes harm to the human body, and the function of the safety belt remains seriously problematic. [0004] The problem to be solved is that the safety belt attached to a conventional automobile is instantaneously locked at the time of a collision or the like, so that the safety belt itself is mounted. This can easily result in harm to the human body. A description will be given with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. Vehicle safety belt 1 with cushioning member of the present invention
0 forms a tack portion 12a in which a part of the belt 11 is pleated in a safety belt attached to an automobile;
With the tack portion 12a covered with the rubber-like elastic body 12b, one end of the rubber-like elastic body 12b is fixed to one end of the tack portion 12a, and the rubber-like elastic body is attached to the other end of the tack portion 12a. A cushioning member 12 formed by fixing the other end of 12b is provided at a desired position of the belt 11, and when the safety belt functions to extend the tack portion 12a, the tack portion 12a is elastically provided by the rubber-like elastic body 12b. The speed of elongation is suppressed to reduce the impact on the human body. [0006] The term "pleated shape" used herein includes all curved shapes that can be extended when the safety belt functions.
Therefore, it includes a U-shaped curve and a W-shaped curve. Further, the molding material of the “rubber-like elastic body 12b” is not particularly limited, and any material may be used as long as it is rich in elasticity and extends at least to a state where the tack portion 12a is completely extended in a straight line. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of an automobile safety belt 10 with a cushioning member according to the present invention. The safety belt 10 in the present embodiment includes a main belt 11a, a connecting member 13 attached thereto, a receiving member 14 connected to the connecting member 13, and a receiving belt 11b connected to the receiving member 14. In the present embodiment, the cushioning member 12
Is provided on a portion of the main belt 11a that contacts the chest of the human body. The installation position of the cushioning member 12 is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, it may be a portion of the main belt 11a located in the connecting member 13, or FIG. As shown in (1), it may be provided on a part of the receiving belt 11b. The tack portion 12a of the cushioning member 12
A predetermined portion of the belt 11 may be formed into a pleated shape, or a separate belt material formed into a pleated shape may be used as the belt 11.
It may be formed by attaching to a predetermined location. [0010] By covering the cushioning member 12 with a cloth-like material, the feel to the human body is improved, and the cushioning member 12 does not feel uncomfortable and the decoration effect can be enhanced. The decorativeness can also be improved by giving the rubber-like elastic body 12b an aesthetic color. The cushioning member 12 can be formed not only when a safety belt is produced, but also can be attached to an existing safety belt later. This cushioning member 1
Since the configuration 2 is simple, it also has a feature that its production or installation can be performed at a relatively low cost. The operation of the automobile safety belt 10 with the cushioning member will be described. When the vehicle collides with the safety belt 10 attached thereto, or when a sudden impact is applied to the vehicle by sudden braking, the belt winding and delivery function portion of the safety belt is locked, and the human body is thrown forward. Is prevented. Due to the impact force at this time, the tack portion 12a of the cushioning member 12 that is curved and formed in a pleated shape immediately tries to linearly extend from the state shown in FIG. 4 to the state shown in FIG. However, this tack portion 12a is a rubber-like elastic body 1
2b, one end of which is fixed to one end of the rubber-like elastic body 12b, and the other end of which is fixed to the other end of the rubber-like elastic body 12b. The elongation speed of the portion 12a is relaxed by the elasticity of the rubber-like elastic body 12b, and elongates at a lower speed. That is,
The rubber-like elastic body 12b extends until the tack portion 12a extends in a straight line. Accordingly, the impact force exerted on the human body by the safety belt 10 is reduced, and harm to the human body is prevented. The stretched tack portion 12a then attempts to return to its original shape due to the elastic restoring force of the rubber-like elastic body 12b. Can be returned to its original form. Therefore, there is no need to replace the buffer member 12, and the safety belt 10 can be used continuously and repeatedly. As means for returning the tack portion 12a to its original shape, the means shown in FIG. In this case, both ends of the tack portion 12a are connected by an elastic member 15, and the contraction force of the elastic member 15 allows the tack portion 12a to be more reliably and accurately returned to its original shape. The safety belt 10 for a vehicle with a shock-absorbing member according to the present invention is provided with a shock-absorbing member 12 made of a tack portion 12a and a rubber-like elastic body at a part of the belt 11, so that the safety belt 10 is When the tack portion 12a functions and extends, the elasticity of the rubber-like elastic body 12b suppresses the stretching speed of the tack portion 12a to reduce the impact given to the human body and prevent the safety belt 10 from harming the human body. can do.
