Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector contrived so that both of the relatively coarse dust such as sparks or fume and fine dust may be captured with one device and in a separated state and also safely so that a fire, etc., may not occurred. SOLUTION: The coarse and heavy dust HD such as sparks is revolved by centrifugal force along the outmost periphery of a dust revolving space 3' by revolving the dust-containing gas sent from an intake port in the dust revolving space 3' and recovered at a downward outside dust recovering part 14, and the fine dust passed through an air exhaust hole 4P and introduced at an inside of a cylindrical body 4 is captured with a filter and shaken down with a dust removing device and recovered in an inside and outside dust recovering part 13.

2. Description of the Related Art Since fume dust generated during welding and fusing operations contains sparks, if this fume dust is collected as it is from a source by a dry dust collector, the dust ignited by the sparks There is a danger that the gas will be ignited into the dust collector as a spark, which will burn into the filter and cause a fire.

Therefore, conventionally, a dust collector using a non-combustible filter as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-70616 is installed in the middle of a suction passage for sucking fume dust. By installing a pre-dust box as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-52010, the occurrence of a fire was prevented.

However, in the case of the dust collecting device described in the former publication, coarse dust containing sparks and fumes and ordinary fine dust are put in the same bucket. Since it is configured to collect fine dust, it is necessary to drop the fine dust into the bucket after the fire is completely extinguished, and there has been some troublesome handling.

[0005] Further, the pre-dust box described in the latter publication is installed in a place different from the dust collector, or in a state where the pre-dust box is held outside the dust collector. Then, once the dust that has turned into sparks is collected in the pre-dust box,
Since fumes and dust without sparks are collected by a dust collector, there is a problem that the structure becomes complicated and the whole apparatus becomes large-sized and expensive.

According to the first aspect described in the above (1), the dust-containing gas sent into the airframe from the air supply passage is introduced into the dust swirl space between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. At this time, relatively coarse and heavy dusts such as sparks, which are likely to cause a fire, gradually descend while rotating the outermost periphery of the dust swirling space by centrifugal force, and the lower guide cylinder It is guided by the body and dropped and collected by the outer dust collection unit. On the other hand, the airflow containing fine dust that does not contain sparks, etc., passes through the air exhaust holes and enters the upper chamber of the fuselage from the internal space of the inner cylinder, where it is filtered by a filter to become clean air and from the outlet The fine dust that is discharged to the outside of the fuselage and collected by the filter is dropped and collected by the inside dust collection unit connected to the lower part of the inner cylinder during operation of the dust removal device, and is collected by the outside dust collection unit. Since it is completely separated from the coarse dust containing the sparks and the like collected in the section, the danger of ignition can be eliminated. Furthermore, the inner dust collecting portion is attached to the lower end of the guide cylinder, and the air exhaust hole is provided in the inner cylinder or in the upper part of the guide cylinder,
Since the two are separated from each other vertically, the airflow entering the internal space from the dust swirling space through the air exhaust hole does not re-scatter fine dust collected in the inner dust collecting portion, and therefore, It is possible to prevent the fine dust from re-adhering to the filter.

According to the means according to claim 2 described in the above (2), the surface where the air exhaust hole deviates from the lower projection portion of the filter, specifically, the surface on which dust falling from the filter does not directly fall. It is possible to prevent the fine dust dropped from the filter by the dust removing operation from falling into the outer dust collecting portion where the sparks and the like are collected through the air exhaust holes, and thereby, the dust is removed. It is possible to reliably prevent fire during operation.

According to the means according to claim 3 described in the above (3), each of the guide cylinders connected to the lower side of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder is formed in a substantially conical shape with a tapered end. Since it is formed in a substantially hopper shape, coarse dust such as sparks swirling in the dust swirling space is guided to the hopper-shaped guide passage and is extremely smoothly collected in the outer dust collecting portion while swirling. Also, fine dust falling from the filter by the dust removal operation can be guided to the substantially conical hopper shape of the guide cylinder, and can be smoothly collected by the inner dust collection unit. Due to the shape in which the lower end of the body is finely squeezed, the size and size of each dust collection unit can be reduced.

According to the means of claim 4 described in the above (4), coarse dust such as sparks and fine dust removed from the filter are separated into the respective dust collecting sections formed in a bucket structure. The bucket-shaped dust collecting section can be collected and moved to an arbitrary place by a moving wheel and easily discarded. Can be easily and reliably performed using a lift provided on the lower side of the vehicle, and the removal can be easily performed using the lift.

Since the dust collector according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the blower is driven to supply the dust-containing gas to the supply port 1.
If the dust-containing gas is sent from A into the dust swirling space 3 ', the dust-containing gas swirls along the space 3'.
The dust gradually falls in the direction of the external guide passage 3A while turning around the outermost periphery of the space 3 ', and is collected in the dust collecting portion 14 outside the bucket 12.

As described above, according to the dust collecting apparatus of the present invention, combustible dust including fire sparks and fumes and ordinary fine dust can be collectively collected by one apparatus. In addition to simplifying the configuration of the entire device, it can save space and reduce cost, and separates and collects flammable coarse dust such as sparks and fumes and fine dust in separate collection sections. Therefore, it has an advantage that it can be used safely without the danger of fire occurrence, and is very suitable for use in welding work, fusing work, or collecting dust gas generated by laser processing or the like. .
