Description
The present invention relates to a dust collector having a dust level detection function capable of detecting the amount of dust that has been removed from a filter into a dust bucket and collected.
As for a dust collector provided with a dust collector with a dust level detection function, conventionally, for example, there is a dust collector found in
In the above-mentioned
However, since the dust collector described in
On the other hand, in the case of the apparatus described in
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is that there is no need to approach the dust collector or perform a recovery operation in an unreasonable posture when taking out the dust. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dust collector with a dust level detection function that is devised so that dust detection and recovery can be performed very easily and accurately without unintentionally fouling or aching.
(1) In order to solve the above technical problem, a dust collector with a dust level detection function according to
The above dust bucket is configured as an internal / external double structure of an inner bucket that collects dust and an outer bucket that contains this inner bucket, and the entire dust bucket is attached to and detached from the dust collector body that contains the filter. It is configured to be freely movable and detachable,
In the outer bucket, an elastic support member that elastically supports the inner bucket, and an increase in the weight of the collected dust causes the inner bucket to fall to a predetermined position against the support of the elastic support member. A displacement magnifying lever that is pushed and rotated by the outer peripheral bottom of the inner bucket , and a rotation displacing member constituted by a reflecting plate attached to the displacement magnifying lever ;
On the main body side of the dust collector equipped with the blower, when the displacement is detected by monitoring the displacement state of the rotational displacement member in a non-contact manner from the reflected light of the light applied to the reflector plate. An active reflective sensor is provided as a rotational displacement detector that emits a signal for notifying that the dust is full.
( 2 ) Further, according to the present invention, as described in
( 3 ) Further, according to the present invention, as described in
( 4 ) Further, the present invention is characterized in that, as described in claim 4 , a lifter capable of moving the dust bucket up and down is provided on the main body side of the dust collector.
( 5 ) Further, according to the present invention, as described in
According to the means described in the above (1) and (2) , the inner bucket descends to a predetermined position against the support of the elastic support member due to the increased weight of the collected dust, and the rotational displacement member rotates. When it is displaced , the active reflective optical sensor as a rotational displacement detector detects this and emits a signal. This signal automatically stops the operation of the dust collector, or it is used by a lamp, buzzer, etc. Since dust full can be notified, the collected dust can be reliably disposed of.
Further, according to the means described in the above (1 ) and (2) , the dust bucket is configured to have an inner / outer double configuration of the inner bucket and the outer bucket, and the dust is collected inside the inner bucket. Other than the bucket, that is, the outer bucket, the rotational displacement member, the rotational displacement detector, etc. are not contaminated by dust, and maintenance such as device cleaning can be easily performed, and detection errors due to dust adhesion Such troubles can be prevented.
In addition, it is not necessary to use a transparent dust container or bag, and it is sufficient to use an ordinary dust bucket, so it is economical and an electric sensor for detecting the amount of dust on the dust bucket side. It is possible to reduce the occurrence of accidents and electrical troubles that occur when the dust bucket is removed and transported because the electrical structure is provided on the main body side of the dust collector. .
In addition, according to the means described in ( 1 ) above, the displacement magnifying lever constituting the rotational displacement member is used to sensitively detect the timing at which the inner bucket is lowered to a predetermined position due to the increase in weight, and the displacement of the reflector is reduced. Since it expands, it is possible to accurately catch the displacement of the rotational displacement member by the reflection type optical sensor and reliably notify the dust full state.
Further, according to the means described in the above ( 2 ), the lowering operation of the inner bucket due to the increase in the weight of dust and the rising operation of the inner bucket by the coil spring after dust discharge are guided by the guide shaft equipped with the coil spring and stabilized. Since the stopper is provided so as to stop at the lower limit when the inner bucket is lowered, it is possible to prevent an accident such as damage to the device or the coil spring due to overload.
According to the means described in the above ( 3 ) and ( 4 ), the dust collector with the dust level detection function according to the present invention can be used as a fixed device in which the main body of the dust collector is installed on the floor surface. It is possible to easily attach and remove the dust bucket to and from the machine body provided on the machine body using the lifter and quietly without scattering dust collected inside during removal. Moreover, since the removed dust bucket has wheels, it can be moved as it is.
According to the means described in ( 5 ) above, the dust collector with a dust level detection function according to the present invention can be used as a mobile dust collector (vacuum cleaner) configured to be movable.
As described above, according to the dust collector with a dust level detection function according to the present invention, when the collected dust is full, a signal is sent to inform the dust full state, and the operation of the dust collector is stopped, a buzzer or a lamp is used. Since the full state can be notified by, etc., it is possible to eliminate the concern that the collected dust overflows from the dust bucket and stains the surroundings .
In addition, the dust bucket has an internal / external double structure, so there is no concern that the recovered bucket will contaminate the outer bucket, detector, or other related parts. Can be done automatically. Furthermore, since maintenance ease der Rutotomoni, the amount of dust sensor or the like is configured not affected by dust, handling is simple, it is possible to provide a highly reliable dust collector.

A displacement magnifying lever that is pushed and rotated by the outer peripheral bottom of the inner bucket , and a rotation displacing member constituted by a reflecting plate attached to the displacement magnifying lever ;
On the main body side of the dust collector equipped with the blower, when the displacement is detected by monitoring the displacement state of the rotational displacement member in a non-contact manner from the reflected light of the light applied to the reflector plate. A dust collector with a dust level detection function, characterized in that an active reflective sensor is provided as a rotational displacement detector that emits a signal for informing a dust full state.
