Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة (method) لانتاج (Decitabine) 2-deoxy-5-azacytidine بواسطة توفير المركب من الصيغة (I): حيث: R هو بديل قابل للازالة معروف بذاته;و R1 هو مركب مانح glycoside يفضل مشتق -1 halogen, او imidate يفضل مشتق trichloromethyl, او مشتق thio- alkyl; اضافيا توفير قاعدة silylated من الصيغة (II): حيث يكون R2 هو مجموعة حماية (protecting group) , يفضل مادة متخلفة (TMS) trimethysilyl;تفاعل المركب من الصيغة (I) والمركب من الصيغة (II) معا في مذيب لامائي مناسب وفي وجود حفاز مناسب; وازالة بدائل R من المركب الناتج لاجل الحصول على المركب (Decitabine) 2-deoxy-5-azacytidine, تتميز بان ينتقى الحافز المذكور من المجموعة المشتملة على ملح من aliphatic sulphonic acid و/او ملح من حمض aromatic sulphonic acid مستبدل اختياريا.
