Abstract

Una pompa centrifuga autoadescante comprende una cassa metallica (2) sostanzialmente cilindrica che definisce una camera di pressione con una bocca di aspirazione (5) ed una bocca di mandata (6), nella quale sono alloggiati una girante palettata (12) ed un diffusore radiale (17) periferico alla girante, un dispositivo eiettore assiale (19) con tubo venturi (20) incorporato, ed un'intercapedine toroidale (16) atta a riconvogliare il flusso in uscita dal diffusore verso la camera di pressione (13'). Nella parte inferiore dell'intercapedine toroidale e prevista un'unica paletta arcuata (26) che si estende dalla zona periferica del diffusore radiale fino ad un passaggio anulare (22) dell'intercapedine (16) disposto perifericamente al dispositivo eiettore, in modo tale da contrastare la componente rotazionale del fluido e promuovere la separazione di aria. L'intercapedine (16) è costituita da una coppia di pareti tronco-coniche (14, 15) con una conicità rivolta verso la parete di fondo (4) della cassa adiacente al tubo venturi.
