Abstract

La pompa centrifuga con girante aperta comprende almeno una girante aperta (5) munite di palette (6) posizionate all'interno di un carter (1,2) che definisce una canalizzazione di aspirazione (3) che si trova di fronte alla base della paletta (6), situata in vicinanza di un albero centrale (22) di azionamento della girante (5) che fa parte di un gruppo rotante, e una canalizzazione di mandata (4), dotata di un diffusore fisso (7) disposto di fronte all'estremità periferica delle palette (6).Un sistema di equilibratura assiale attivo (51, 71, 14, 15) del gruppo rotante e integrato alla girante (5) e comprende una camera di equilibratura (14) interposta fra la faccia posteriore del corpo della virante (5) e una parte posteriore esterna (2) della carcassa (1, 2). La camera di equilibratura (14) si trova in comunicazione con la canalizzazione di mandata (4) tramite una prima luce (5), il cui gioco assiale viene mantenuto invariabile in funzione e che è definito dall'estremità periferica (51) della girante (5), che svolge di per se stessa la funzione di piattaforma di equilibratura, e tramite un passo di luce (71) solidale con la suddetta parte posteriore (2) della carcassa (1, 2) e interposto fra il diffusore (7) e l'estremità periferica (51) della girante (5). La camera di equilibratura si trova in comunicazione direttamente e indirettamente con la canalizzazione di aspirazione della pompa tramite una seconda luce (15).(Figura 1).
