Abstract

La turbopompa compatta di elevata potenza per l'alimentazione di un motore a razzo con ergolo liqiudo, comprende un albero corto di grande diametro (22) mobile in rotazione; una girante (5) unica con forte sovrapressione e con grande portata, montata sull'albero corto (22) in modo da costituire uno stadio unico di pompa; un cuscinetto di rotolamento (23) per sostenere l'albero corto (22) in una zona con sezione ridotta situata davanti alla girante (5); un cuscinetto fluido (24) dimensionato in modo da sopportare una grande velocità di rotazione N con un diametro D considerevole, per sostenere 1'albero corto (22) in zona con grande sezione situata dietro alla girante (5); una turbina (32, 33) montata di sbalzo sull'albero corto (22) dietro al cuscinetto fluido (24); un induttore (31) del tipo ad alta pressione, disposto a monte del cuscinetto di rotolamento (23) su una canalizzazione di aspirazione (3), e degli elementi di carcassa metallica di pompa (1, 2) e di turbina (37, 38) con forma semplificata.figura 1.
