本实用新型属于一种双蜗室液下泵。现有的液下泵为单蜗室结构,泵工作时易产生震动和噪音,轴承和密封易损坏。本实用新型包括液压马达、泵体和叶轮,液压马达与泵体直接连接,其特征在于泵体为双蜗室结构,并有两个相对称的泵体吐出口,叶轮上有呈环形圆柱体的前口环和后口环。本实用新型有效的消除了单蜗室泵难以避免的径向力和轴向力,延长了轴承和密封的使用寿命,降低了震动和噪音,使泵运转平稳。

一种双蜗室液下泵
本实用新型涉及一种液下泵,特别是指卸槽用的双蜗室液下泵。
现有的以液压马达为原动机的卸槽用液下泵,可在易燃、易爆、高压的环境中安全使用,并消除了泵的气阻现象,但该单蜗室结构的泵在工作时产生的径向力和轴向力,使液压马达无法承受或承受能力较差,因而泵工作时易产生震动和噪音,轴承和密封易损坏。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能消除上述泵的径向力和轴向力,工作稳定,安全可靠,适于接卸易燃、易爆、易挥发的双蜗室液下泵。
本实用新型是这样来实现的:一种双蜗室液下泵,包括液压马达、泵体、输液管和叶轮,液压马达与泵体直接连接,其特征在于泵体为双蜗室结构,并有两个相对称的泵体吐出口。
所述的双蜗室液下泵,其特征在于叶轮上有呈环形圆柱体的前口环和后口环。
所述的双蜗室液下泵,其特征在于泵体的密封室外壁上或叶轮后盖板上开有平衡孔。

本实用新型由于泵体采用了双蜗室结构,使泵体液流相互对称,作用于叶轮上的径向力互相抵消;而叶轮则采用了双口环结构,并在叶轮后盖板上或泵体的密封室外壁上开有平衡孔,密封室的压力减少到与叶轮进口处压力基本相同,从而消除了轴向力,使泵运转平稳,延长了轴承和密封的使用寿命,降低了震动和噪音,使泵的工作更加安全可靠,提高了工效。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:液压马达2直接与泵体4刚性连接,由发兰面及止口定位,叶轮5安装在液压马达2的轴9上。泵体4为双蜗室结构,并有两个相对称的泵体吐出口15,使液流相互对称,泵体吐出口15与输液管1的两个进口12分别连接。输液管1为倒“Y”或倒“U”形的中空管,输液管1两个进口12输入的液体汇合后从出口13输出。叶轮上有前口环7和后口环8,两口环均为环形圆柱体。后口环8、密封3及泵体4的上部构成密封室10。在泵体4的密封室10外壁上或在叶轮后盖板16上开有平衡孔11。泵盖14上部与叶轮5进口处下方为吸入室6。

1、一种双蜗室液下泵,包括液压马达(2)、泵体(4)、输液管(1)和叶轮(5),液压马达(2)与泵体(4)直接连接,其特征在于泵体(4)为双蜗室结构,并有两个相对称的泵体吐出口(15)。
2、如权利要求1所述的双蜗室液下泵,其特征在于叶轮(5)上有呈环形圆柱体的前口环(7)和后口环(8)。
3、如权利要求1所述的双蜗室液下泵,其特征在于泵体(4)的密封室(10)外壁上或叶轮后盖板(16)上开有平衡孔(11)。
4、如权利要求1所述的双蜗室液下泵,其特征在于输液管(1)有两个进口(12)和一个出口(13)。
