Claims

CLAIMS 1. Sports footwear (10) comprising: - a lower part (12) having an opening (16) for the insertion of the foot of a user and a front flexible portion (14), able to be flexed to prevent and selectively allow access, at least partial, through said opening (16); - an upper part (13), pivoted to said lower part (12), said upper part (13) being able to oscillate selectively with respect to said lower part (12) for a given amplitude; - a locking device (11) adapted to selectively lock said upper part (13) to said lower part (12), comprising: a) a lever element (20), arranged inside said lower part (12) and able to be selectively positioned in a first locking position, in which it is able to mutually lock said upper part (13) and said part lower (12), or in a second unlocking position, in which it allows free oscillation movement between said upper part (13) and said lower part (12); b) manually activated actuation means (22) adapted to selectively move said lever element (20) from said first locking position to said second unlocking position, characterized in that said actuation means (22) are coupled to said front flexible portion (14) so that the forward flexion of said front flexible portion (14) causes the simultaneous actuation of said lever element (20), and the consequent release of said upper part (13), to allow a complete opening of said opening (16).

2. Device as in claim 1, characterized in that said front flexible portion (14) has holes (15, 17) for inserting said actuation means, adapted to allow the coupling of said actuation means (22) and said anterior flexible portion (14).

3. Device as in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said actuation means (22) extend upwards up to the anterosuperior edge (27) of said flexible front portion (14) 4. Device as in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said actuation means (22) comprise a tape element (22) having an end fixed to an upper part (18) of said lever element (20) , and an external end equipped with gripping means (23).

4. Device as in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said upper part (13) has a stop tooth (26) which defines at the bottom a seat (25) adapted to cooperate with said lever element (20), for keep said upper part (13) and said lower part (12) mutually locked.

5. Device as in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said lever element (20) is able to oscillate around a pin (19).

6. Device as in claim 5, characterized in that said pin (19) is associated with elastic means (21) able to elastically influence said lever element (20) to keep said lever element (20) normally in contact with said upper part (13).
