DESCRIZIONE delEinvenzione avente per titolo:
"RESIGUM - MEMBRANA IMPERMEABILIZZANTE LIQUIDA A BASE ACQUOSA”
Descrizione:
Membrana continua monocomponente, in emulsione acquosa, resistente alle radici vegetali.
Impermeabilizzante lìquido a base d'acqua, formulato con resine elastomeriche, fibre resistenti al calpestio ed elasticità al cemento, da utilizzare anche a basse temperature.
Resistente ai ristagni d’acqua, ai raggi uV, alle basse ed alte temperature e ai continui cicli di gelo e disgelo.
Idoneo per l’impermeabilizzazione di terrazzi, tetti piani, superfici pedonatali, parcheggi, piscine, cisterne, fondazioni, scossaline, giunti di dilatazione e per il ripristino di vecchie guaine bitumate.
• Applicazione veloce;
• Consente di impermeabilizzare applicando piccoli spessori;
• Si può applicare sul pavimento esistente;
• Efficace su superfici lesionate;
• Le mattonelle possono essere incollate direttamente su RES1GUM con un buon adesivo per esterni;
• È pedonabile e carrabile;
• Si applica anche in inverno con tempo buono non nuvoloso ma soleggiato (fino a 5°C). Per applicazioni a temperature inferiori si consiglia in tempo molto asciutto;
• Ad avvenuta turnazione (da 12a 24 ore) non teme la pioggia;
• Resa teorica a spatola mq.34 resa teorica rullo o pennello mq. 65
CAMPI D’IMPIEGO:
Impermeabilizzazione di terrazzi, tetti piani o a falda, giunti di dilatazione, impermeabilizzazione di scossaline, fondazioni, cisterne e ripristino di vecchie guaine bitumate. Ideale su getti verticali di fondazione
APPLICAZIONE:
1. Pulire accuratamente la superfìcie. Se il supporto è leggennente umido e net caso di vecchie mattonelle (per ottenere barriera al vapore applicare due mani di prodotto per almeno 500 gr/mq), 2. Impermeabilizzazione dei risvolti verticali tramite RESIGUM Elastica -Giunto Sicuro, stendere con spatola creando uno spessore di 2mm .
3. Stendere RESIGUM sulla superfìcie avendo cura di mantenere una sovrapposizione di 2 min sulle giunture, si può applicare la rete dando una maggiore resistenza alla rottura. Il RESIGUM non deve presentare arricciamenti o bolle.

• Resistenza ai cicli di invecchiamento accelerato (weathering test) 2000 ore;
• Resistenza a trazione (ASTM D2370) 2,32 MPas (336 Psi);
• Allungamento dopo 1000 ore di weathering accelerato 210%;
• Flessibilità a freddo -34°C (flessibile);
• Allungamento 336%;
• Ritorno dopo deformazione del 50% 97%;
• Adesione al supporto 650 N/m;
• Dopo 50 cicli di gelo-disgelo (- 15°C / 15°C) (UNI EN 202) Inalterato. FORMULAZIONE:
