本发明公开了一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,包括基层,所述基层的顶部粘结有耐高温层,所述耐高温层的顶部粘结有自粘层,所述自粘层的顶部粘结有防腐层,所述防腐层的顶部涂覆有防护漆,所述耐高温层由玛蹄酯、环氧树脂层和陶瓷层组成,所述玛蹄酯、环氧树脂层和陶瓷层从下往上依次设置。该具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,通过对耐高温层的改进,在玛蹄酯、环氧树脂层、陶瓷层和聚乙烯胶黏带作用下,提高了防水卷材的耐高温效果,提高防水卷材的使用寿命,减少维修成本,减轻工作人员的负担,通过对防腐层的设置,在沥青层、聚乙烯防腐涂层、聚酯纤维网格、锦纶丝的作用下,使防水卷材具备了防腐的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,具体为一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。产品主要有沥青防水卷材和高分子防水卷材。
大多数厂家对防水卷材的质量要求非常严格,但是现有的防水卷材长时间的使用很容易腐蚀,并且在高温下容易溶解,影响防水卷材的使用,增加维修成本。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,解决了现有的防水卷材长时间的使用很容易腐蚀,并且在高温下容易溶解,影响防水卷材使用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,包括基层,所述基层的顶部粘结有耐高温层,所述耐高温层的顶部粘结有自粘层,所述自粘层的顶部粘结有防腐层,所述防腐层的顶部涂覆有防护漆,所述耐高温层由玛蹄酯、环氧树脂层和陶瓷层组成,所述玛蹄酯、环氧树脂层和陶瓷层从下往上依次设置。
所述防腐层包括两层沥青层,两层沥青层之间设置有聚乙烯防腐涂层,所述聚乙烯防腐涂层之间设置有聚酯纤维网格,所述聚酯纤维网格上设置有锦纶丝。
优选的,所述玛蹄酯、环氧树脂层和陶瓷层的两侧均设置有聚乙烯胶黏带。
优选的,所述自粘层为HDPE自粘胶膜。
优选的,所述玛蹄酯和环氧树脂层的厚度相同。
优选的,所述锦纶丝的数量至少为三根,且三根锦纶丝等距离设置。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材。具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,解决了现有的防水卷材长时间的使用很容易腐蚀,并且在高温下容易溶解,影响防水卷材使用的问题,通过对耐高温层的改进,在玛蹄酯、环氧树脂层、陶瓷层和聚乙烯胶黏带作用下,提高了防水卷材的耐高温效果,提高防水卷材的使用寿命,减少维修成本,减轻工作人员的负担。
(2)、该具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,通过对防腐层的设置,在沥青层、聚乙烯防腐涂层、聚酯纤维网格、锦纶丝的作用下,使防水卷材具备了防腐的效果,进一步提高了防水卷材的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,包括基层1,基层1的顶部粘结有耐高温层2,耐高温层2的顶部粘结有自粘层3,自粘层3为HDPE自粘胶膜,HDPE自粘胶膜由高密度聚乙烯加工得来,具有良好的耐热性和耐寒性,在室温条件下,不溶于任何有机溶剂,耐酸、碱和各种盐类的腐蚀,自粘层3的顶部粘结有防腐层4,防腐层4 的顶部涂覆有防护漆5,防护漆5为有机硅耐热面漆,耐高温层2由玛蹄酯 21、环氧树脂层22和陶瓷层23组成,玛蹄酯是采用化学黏结剂、成膜剂、增稠剂和矿物填料、加入适量阻燃剂制成,它具有气密性、防水性、防冻性、不易开裂老化、常温下可以冷施工、干燥后具有阻燃防水等特点,用于保温保冷层表面作防潮层,与水泥、泡沫玻璃、硬质微孔硅酸钙、聚氨脂泡沫等配套使用的外层保护物料,玛蹄酯21、环氧树脂层22和陶瓷层23从下往上依次设置,环氧树脂具有较高的耐温效果,,玛蹄酯21、环氧树脂层22和陶瓷层23的两侧均设置有聚乙烯胶黏带24,玛蹄酯21和环氧树脂层22的厚度相同。
防腐层4包括两层沥青层41,两层沥青层41之间设置有聚乙烯防腐涂层 42,聚乙烯防腐涂层42之间设置有聚酯纤维网格43,聚酯纤维网格的设置,不仅提高卷材的高撕裂强度,还具有较好的抗变形能力,聚酯纤维网格43上设置有锦纶丝44,锦纶丝44的数量至少为三根,且三根锦纶丝44等距离设置。
综上所述,该具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,解决了现有的防水卷材长时间的使用很容易腐蚀,并且在高温下容易溶解,影响防水卷材使用的问题,通过对耐高温层2的改进,在玛蹄酯21、环氧树脂层22、陶瓷层23和聚乙烯胶黏带24作用下,提高了防水卷材的耐高温效果,提高防水卷材的使用寿命,减少维修成本,减轻工作人员的负担。
同时,通过对防腐层4的设置,在沥青层41、聚乙烯防腐涂层42、聚酯纤维网格43、锦纶丝44的作用下,使防水卷材具备了防腐的效果,进一步提高了防水卷材的使用寿命。

1.一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,包括基层(1),其特征在于:所述基层(1)的顶部粘结有耐高温层(2),所述耐高温层(2)的顶部粘结有自粘层(3),所述自粘层(3)的顶部粘结有防腐层(4),所述防腐层(4)的顶部涂覆有防护漆(5),所述耐高温层(2)由玛蹄酯(21)、环氧树脂层(22)和陶瓷层(23)组成,所述玛蹄酯(21)、环氧树脂层(22)和陶瓷层(23)从下往上依次设置;
所述防腐层(4)包括两层沥青层(41),两层沥青层(41)之间设置有聚乙烯防腐涂层(42),所述聚乙烯防腐涂层(42)之间设置有聚酯纤维网格(43),所述聚酯纤维网格(43)上设置有锦纶丝(44)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述玛蹄酯(21)、环氧树脂层(22)和陶瓷层(23)的两侧均设置有聚乙烯胶黏带(24)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘层(3)为HDPE自粘胶膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述玛蹄酯(21)和环氧树脂层(22)的厚度相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有耐高温防腐蚀的防水卷材,其特征在于:所述锦纶丝(44)的数量至少为三根,且三根锦纶丝(44)等距离设置。
