Abstract

一种防水防腐卷材的加工方法,包括如下步骤:(1)选择好基材,将基材送入低温烘干设备中,在温度55-68℃下采用热风低温烘烤20-26℃;(2)将步骤(1)中的基材取出,采用喷雾的方式在基材的两面喷洒上强度增强剂,先静置15-30分钟后送入烘干设备,在温度62-65℃下采用热风先预烘4-6分钟,再在温度85-90℃下焙烘3-5分钟;(3)将(骤2)中处理后的基材送入冷冻设备,在零下20-23℃环境下连续冷冻3.5-4小时;(4)将步骤(3)中的基材取出,送入烘干设备,温度控制在55-58℃,时间在10-20分钟;(5)将步骤(4)中的基材放入到生产线上,对基材浸涂防水防腐涂料,然后在基材一面覆膜,经辊轧、冷却、裁剪、卷绕而成。

Description

一种防水防腐卷材的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防水材料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防水防腐卷材的加工方法。
背景技术
将沥青类或高分子类防水材料浸渍在胎体上,制作成的防水材料产品以卷材形式提供,称为防水卷材。根据主要组成材料不同,分为沥青防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材和合成高分子防水卷材;根据胎体的不同分为无胎体卷材、纸胎卷材、玻璃纤维胎卷材、玻璃布胎卷材和聚乙烯胎卷材。主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。。产品主要有沥青防水卷材和高分子防水卷材。
申请号为2007101208098的中国发明专利“一种耐低温自粘橡胶沥青防水卷材”公开了一种由石油沥青、减三线油、热塑性丁苯橡胶、粉末丁苯橡胶、古马隆树脂、石油树脂、萜烯树脂、小分子量聚异丁烯、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂、碳酸钙制成的沥青层制作的防水卷材。该防水卷材存在着不耐高温等缺点。
申请号为2009100663136的中国发明专利“一种高分子防水卷材的制备方法”公开了由沥青、橡胶、炭黑和防老化剂制成的高分子防水卷材。该防水卷材也存在着不耐高温,防腐性能差,适用范围小等缺点。
由于现在极端天气突出,现有防水卷材的性能已不能满足需求,故提高防水卷材的性能已成为了亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提高一种方法较为简单,便于实际生产的防水防腐卷材的加工方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种防水防腐卷材的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择好基材,将基材送入低温烘干设备中,在温度55-68℃下采用热风低温烘烤20-26℃,利于基材的软化,加强基材与防水防腐涂料的结合力度;
(2)将步骤(1)中的基材取出,采用喷雾的方式在基材的两面喷洒上强度增强剂,先静置15-30分钟后送入烘干设备,在温度62-65℃下采用热风先预烘4-6分钟,再在温度85-90℃下焙烘3-5分钟;
(3)将(骤2)中处理后的基材送入冷冻设备,在零下20-23℃环境下连续冷冻3.5-4小时;
(4)将步骤(3)中的基材取出,送入烘干设备,温度控制在55-58℃,时间在10-20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)中的基材放入到生产线上,对基材浸涂防水防腐涂料,然后在基材一面覆膜,经辊轧、冷却、裁剪、卷绕而成。
上述步骤(2)中喷洒的强度增强剂的用量是每平方米的基材喷洒15ml;上述强度增强剂是由以下重量的组分构成:磁化水1000kg、工业甘油1.5kg、电子级硅微粉2kg、水溶性树脂10kg、柔软剂50kg、抗静电剂5kg、抗氧剂3kg、阻燃剂2kg。
上述基材由以下重量份数的组分制成:脱脂棉纤维15份、玻璃纤维2份、聚酯纤维10份、仿蜘蛛丝纤维0.2份;制备时,以脱脂棉纤维和仿蜘蛛丝纤维作经线,以玻璃纤维和聚酯纤维作纬线进行织造加工,获得基材。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明加工方法简单,易于标准化生产,制备的卷绕性能好,提高了基材的防腐防水能力,使得卷材材具有优良的低温柔度和耐热性能,适用于各种恶劣环境下。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种防水防腐卷材的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择好基材,将基材送入低温烘干设备中,在温度55-68℃下采用热风低温烘烤20-26℃,利于基材的软化,加强基材与防水防腐涂料的结合力度;
(2)将步骤(1)中的基材取出,采用喷雾的方式在基材的两面喷洒上强度增强剂,先静置15-30分钟后送入烘干设备,在温度62-65℃下采用热风先预烘4-6分钟,再在温度85-90℃下焙烘3-5分钟;
(3)将(骤2)中处理后的基材送入冷冻设备,在零下20-23℃环境下连续冷冻3.5-4小时;
(4)将步骤(3)中的基材取出,送入烘干设备,温度控制在55-58℃,时间在10-20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)中的基材放入到生产线上,对基材浸涂防水防腐涂料,然后在基材一面覆膜,经辊轧、冷却、裁剪、卷绕而成。

实施例2

(5)将步骤(4)中的基材放入到生产线上,对基材浸涂防水防腐涂料,然后在基材一面覆膜,经辊轧、冷却、裁剪、卷绕而成。
上述步骤(2)中喷洒的强度增强剂的用量是每平方米的基材喷洒15ml;上述强度增强剂是由以下重量的组分构成:磁化水1000kg、工业甘油1.5kg、电子级硅微粉2kg、水溶性树脂10kg、柔软剂50kg、抗静电剂5kg、抗氧剂3kg、阻燃剂2kg。
上述基材由以下重量份数的组分制成:脱脂棉纤维15份、玻璃纤维2份、聚酯纤维10份、仿蜘蛛丝纤维0.2份;制备时,以脱脂棉纤维和仿蜘蛛丝纤维作经线,以玻璃纤维和聚酯纤维作纬线进行织造加工,获得基材。

1.一种防水防腐卷材的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择好基材,将基材送入低温烘干设备中,在温度55-68℃下采用热风低温烘烤20-26℃;
(2)将步骤(1)中的基材取出,采用喷雾的方式在基材的两面喷洒上强度增强剂,先静置15-30分钟后送入烘干设备,在温度62-65℃下采用热风先预烘4-6分钟,再在温度85-90℃下焙烘3-5分钟;
(3)将(骤2)中处理后的基材送入冷冻设备,在零下20-23℃环境下连续冷冻3.5-4小时;
(4)将步骤(3)中的基材取出,送入烘干设备,温度控制在55-58℃,时间在10-20分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)中的基材放入到生产线上,对基材浸涂防水防腐涂料,然后在基材一面覆膜,经辊轧、冷却、裁剪、卷绕而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防腐卷材的加工方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中喷洒的强度增强剂的用量是每平方米的基材喷洒15ml;上述强度增强剂是由以下重量的组分构成:磁化水1000kg、工业甘油1.5kg、电子级硅微粉2kg、水溶性树脂10kg、柔软剂50kg、抗静电剂5kg、抗氧剂3kg、阻燃剂2kg。
