Forma oggetto del presente trovato un elemento prefabbricato per la realizzazione di solai di edifici. Si conoscono, nella tecnica delle costruzioni, molteplici tipi di solai. Alcuni dei tipi piu usati nella comune edilizia, con lo scopo di abbreviare i tempi di fabbricazione, sono i solai ad elementi prefabbricati in cemento armato (precompresso e non), realizzati sotto forma di travi e gettati in forme fuori opera. Sono altres? noti solai ad elementi prefabbricati in cotto armato, costituiti da mattoni forati in cotto, i quali vengono accostati fuori opera in file di lunghezze assegnate, collegati con tondini di ferro e infine sigillati con malta di cemento in modo da ottenere travi.
