Abstract

L'invenzione ha per oggetto un chiodo endomidollare bloccato, adatto in particolare per il trattamento delle fratture dell'omero, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un infibulo (11) provvisto in zona prossimale (12) di un'asola (16) e di una battuta (15) per una molla (19) da calzare attorno a detto infibulo, su detta molla agendo un opportuno mezzo atto a regolarne la compressione, comprendente un manicotto (21) munito di un foro passante (22) per il bloccaggio prossimale del chiodo, detto foro (22) potendo traslare lungo detto infibulo in posizione affacciata a detta asola (16).
