Preferibilmente, la camma (12) comporta almeno una rampa costituita dal fondo di una cavità (13) inclinato in senso circonferenziale, e nella quale è disposta una sfera (14) che costituisce la controcassa. Un effetto di autoserraggio controllato riduce lo sforzo che si richiede all'operatore.
