Descrizione dell'invenzione industriale Description of the industrial invention
Descrizione Description
The invention relates to a machining center with at least two drilling units for receiving work means, with at least one tool magazine for the automatic change of work means in the drilling units, with at least one workpiece table for clamping at least two pieces to be machined by the drilling units, with guide arrangements for moving the drilling units between the pieces and at least one tool magazine and with a control unit for controlling the guide arrangements, the drilling units and at least one tool magazine, where in the The control unit stores several programs for machining the pieces by means of the drilling units.
In contrast to the so-called continuous processing machines, in which the workpieces are moved along a rectilinear processing section and in the course of the movement to carry out processing processes controlled one after the other they are moved in the working means, in a processing center pieces are clamped on a work table and drilling units are machined, equipped with working means, which are moved across guide arrangements.
This procedure allows an economical production of small idle sizes and the machining of difficult shapes with high machining precision and exact reproducibility. Furthermore, a high degree of automation is possible with such machining centers and, compared to continuous machining machines, the space requirement is low. In a machining center, a plurality of subsequent machining steps are carried out, such as drilling, milling, gluing, measuring and similar processes in workpieces of wood materials, artificial materials, layered materials or materials composites.
Furthermore, one or more working means can be exchanged in the drilling units. With regard to the working medium, machining tools or - aggregates as well as manual means - or sensor devices are collected here, where for example here we mention: drilling aggregate, sawdust aggregate and crowning aggregate, paro milling aggregate, aggregate of vertical milling, apron milling aggregate, underfloor milling aggregate, horizontal milling aggregate, edge gluing aggregate, as well as mechanical couplers, vacuum couplers, probes, transducers and camera devices.
Depending on the machining to be carried out or the activity to be completed, the working means determined for this are also taken from at least one tool magazine and automatically changed to the drilling unit.
Furthermore, machining centers have at least one workpiece table for clamping the workpieces. Depending on the formation of the linear axes of the machine, in the directions of which the working means and the workpieces are wheeled relatively to each other, the workpiece tables can be arranged either in a fixed or linearly wheeled manner.
A control unit is also provided for controlling the guiding arrangements, the drilling units and at least one tool magazine, in which several programs for machining the workpieces are stored by means of the drilling units. The control unit also calls the individual machining programs and thus takes over the execution control of the entire machining center. A typical control unit consists of the main elements: operating computer, continuous control, as well as adaptation control / execution control. The operating computer supports the user in the manufacture and management of machining programs. Based on a multitasking mode of operation, this can also take place during production. The continuous control monitors the continuous path of the individual axes of the machining center with a correspondingly high scan rate. Finally, the control of the adaptation / execution from the individual different machining programs produces an optimal total program in consideration of the respective boundary conditions.
In order to obtain a higher workpiece throughput, a so-called pendular machining is often carried out in such machining centers, where normally several machining stations are provided on a workpiece table or two machining stations on workpiece tables wheeled parallel to each other. The drilling units for the individual machining processes are, for example, arranged in a trolley, which is wheeled relative to the individual machining stations.
With this pendular machining, a piece can be machined on one workpiece table, while the other workpiece table is occupied again. A disadvantage of this pendular machining is, however, that the workpieces can only be machined one after the other, since the start of a machining program can always take place first of all on the prepared work table, if the current table workpiece holder is finished. In addition, a tool change normally still has to take place before the first machining, which further increases the machining time.
To eliminate this disadvantage, a machining center with two machining operator spindles is known from DE 195 18 965 C2, in which the change of tools between two tools is minimized. While a machining operator spindle is working in the part, the second working spindle is equipped with the next tool.
After the subsequent tool change this machining operator spindle stops and waits for the other operator spindle to finish its machining. In this way, however, in these machines there are downtimes of the operating spindle, which increase the costs per piece.
Overall, the machine concepts described above have so far been able to correspond extensively to customer requirements. For a long time, however, due to the pressure of costs and the need for idle sizes, which decrease, there has been a need to further lower the machining costs per piece in machining centers.
Therefore, the object of the invention is to create a processing center of the type indicated at the beginning, which makes possible a flexible and at the same time economical processing of sheet-shaped wood materials.
This task is solved by the properties of claim 1, claim 9 as well as claim 15
Si mostra: The solution according to the invention is highlighted by the fact that the control unit calls up the machining programs due to the fact that the drilling units pass through several machining programs at the same time, minimizing the downtime of the drilling unit. The invention is based on the knowledge "of sliding one into the other" the machining of the individual pieces, so that there are enormous time advantages. Compared to a traditional pendular machining with two machining spindles, it has been shown, for example, that a time saving of up to 30% is possible with the machining center according to the invention. The problem arises from the improvement of the guiding arrangements, that the drilling units can collide with each other in operation. According to a preferred embodiment, it is therefore provided that a collision program is stored in the control unit to prevent collisions. Furthermore, the collision program, before calling up a machining program, conveniently performs a collision calculation for the relevant drilling unit and in the event of a threatening collision blocks the machining program to be called for a period of time also calculated previously. This time span is also calculated in such a way that there is no longer any risk of collision after the locking has been carried out. ; According to another preferred embodiment, three drilling units are provided for processing two pieces in the form of a wooden plate or wood materials, where two drilling units are performed as milling spindles T and a drilling unit as a gluing part. . It has proved particularly favorable to provide as a guiding arrangement a portal or an arm, on one side of which there are two machining operator spindles and on the other side the operator spindle of the gluing part. In this type of machine configuration, two types of operation have again proved particularly advantageous, which can be used according to the case of use. ; One type of operation is highlighted by the fact that for the milling and / or reworking of the plate-shaped piece, machining programs are called up for the two milling operator spindles, while for the gluing of the corner in the other piece to sheet shape, a machining program for the gluing part is called at the same time. In this type of operation, therefore, a simultaneous use of the milling operator spindles takes place on one table, while the other table is processed with the gluing part. ; The other type of operation is characterized by the fact that for the independent milling and / or reworking from time to time of one or the other plate-shaped piece, machining programs are called up for both the milling operator spindles and for the gluing optionally of one of the two sheet-shaped pieces, a machining program is called up for the gluing part. With regard to this, the two milling operator spindles therefore work independently on a table from time to time, while the gluing part oscillates here and there between the two tables as a third processing operator spindle. Then the gluing part can be requested by the control unit for one of the two tables and then executes the machining program, recalled from time to time. This concept makes other degrees of freedom possible when processing machining programs via the control unit. According to another preferred embodiment, it is envisaged that as a common guiding arrangement on at least one workpiece table there is provided an arm, which is wheeled transversely to its elongation direction and in which the drilling units are engaged in a wheeled manner with respect to to its direction of elongation. Although the improvement of the guiding arrangements in the form of an arm has proved particularly favorable, of course all other possible arrangements for guiding the drilling units are conceivable. Thus, guidance arrangements can also be implemented as gates or as robot arms. ; For the machining of several workpieces with the machining center according to the invention, the workpieces are preferably clamped one after the other and the machining programs for the already clamped workpieces are called up.The machining center according to the invention thus makes it possible the immediate reception of the machining of a piece, as soon as it is tightened. It is also particularly advantageous if the machining programs are called up in such a way that the machining of all clamped workpieces is completed as much as possible simultaneously. In this way, despite parallel processing there are no irregularities in the work process, so that the machine for the worker is still fully calculable and controllable. However, especially in the automated workpiece feed, it is also conceivable that the machining programs are called up in such a way that the machining of the clamped workpieces is completed one after the other at predetermined time intervals. The time distances are also appropriately matched to the respective machine preparation time of the piece. In the following, the invention is clarified in detail on the basis of various embodiment examples with reference to the attached drawings. It shows:

La figura 1 mostra un centro di lavorazione secondo l'invenzione secondo un primo esempio di esecuzione. figure 5 a type of collision-free occupation of the machining center according to figure 4 and figure 6 a type of collision-free occupation of the machining center according to figure 4. Figure 1 shows a machining center according to the invention according to a first example of execution.
The machining center 100 is also provided for the machining of pieces in the form of a wooden plate or wood materials, where the typical processing is composed of the processing blocks: milling, gluing and reworking. Furthermore, on one side of an arm of the portal 108 two milling operating spindles 101, 102 are provided, as well as on the other side an operating spindle of the gluing part 103 is provided. In the front sides of the portal arm 108 there are from time to time tool magazines 104, 105 for changing the necessary machining tools. Under the arm of the portal 108 there are two work tables 106, 107 »on which the workpieces to be machined can be clamped.
In order to make as many operating spindles work in this configuration as possible at the same time in the pieces, minimizing the downtime of the operating spindles "in a table there is a parallel operation of the operating spindles in a table, as well as the simultaneous use of the operating spindle of the part of gluing from time to time in the other table.
Figure 2 shows the corresponding operation of the machining center according to Figure 1. The rhombic markings 201, 202 and 203 also represent each time three moments during the machining of the pieces.
The representation of the drawn lines of the drilling units 101, 102 and 103 also corresponds to the moment (2).
At the moment (1) the milling operation with the drilling units 101, 102 takes place in the workpiece table 106. After this, this milling operation is completed and for the table 106 the operator spindle 105 of the gluing part becomes necessary for the further processing. At this point (2) there is, however, no downtime for the milling spindles 101, 102, since these according to the invention can work on the work table 107, while the operating spindle of the gluing part 103 works on the work table 106. Once these machining operations have been completed, at time (3) a change can possibly be made once again, while the milling operator spindles 101, 102 work the workpiece table 106 again, while the operator spindle of the gluing part 103 works on the workpiece table 107 Figure 3 shows the development of the program of the machining operation according to Figure 2. The rhombic markings 201, 202 and 203 also correspond again to the moments represented in Figure 2.
First of all, the machining programs 301, 302 are called up from the control unit, which control the milling machining of the operating spindles 101, 102 in the workpiece table 106. This machining takes place at the moment (1). Parallel to this, the work table 107 is not yet machined, so that parallel machine preparation can take place here.
Then at the time (2) the machining programs 303, 304 and 305 are called up by the control unit. The control programs 304, 305 cause a change of the drilling units 101, 102 on the work table 107 with corresponding milling operation.
Parallelamente a ciò, il fuso operatore della parte di incollamento 103 nella tavola portapezzo 106 attraversa il programma di lavorazione 303· Al momento (3) infine avviene ancora una volta un cambio in modo, che le unità foratrici 101, 102 attraversano il programma di lavorazione 306 per la fresatura a paro nella tavola portapezzo 106 e il fuso operatore della parte di incollamento 103 il programma di lavorazione 307 per l'incollamento nella tavola portapezzo 107· Parallel to this, the operating spindle of the gluing part 103 in the workpiece table 106 traverses the machining program 303.At time (3), a change takes place once again so that the drilling units 101, 102 traverse the machining program 306 for flush milling in the work table 106 and the operator spindle of the gluing part 103 the machining program 307 for gluing in the work table 107
After processing of the machining program 306, the machining in the work table 106 is already completed, so that this table can already be dismantled, while parallel to this in the work table 107 still the machining program 308 is traversed by the drilling units 101, 102 ·
Figure 4 shows a machining center according to the invention according to a second embodiment example. According to its basic construction, the machining center according to Figure 4 is also identical to the machining center according to Figure 1. However, the control of the machining center according to Figure 4 differs from the machining center according to Figure 1 by the fact, "that on the two tables it is possible to work independently of the two milling operators. This is indicated by the separate arrangement of the milling operator spindles 401, 402, while the operator spindle of the gluing part 403 is again on the other side of the portal and can optionally be used for machining on the two workpiece tables. Since the working spindles 401, 402 must work completely independently of each other by means of corresponding measures, it must be prevented that a collision of the working spindles can occur.
On the one hand, this can be achieved by means of a collision-free type of occupation and type of construction of the machining center, which is shown in figure 5.The distance between the two workpiece tables 501 »502 is also chosen so large that you can no longer come to a collision. The distance of the two workpiece tables is also determined by the maximum working range of the drilling units according to the lines 503 »504 as well as by the space requirement of the drilling units and the suction hood according to the lines 505, 506. The range therefore remains of collision according to hatching 507, as well as non-critical working fields 508, 509- This addition of solution has however the disadvantage, that an unnecessarily large installation surface becomes necessary for the machining center, what pulls after itself of new higher production costs.
With the machining center according to the invention it is however also possible to control a type of occupation full of collision, which is shown in figure 6. In correspondence with figure 5, the work tables 601, 602 are again represented, the working fields limits 603, 604, the collision field 607 as well as the non-critical working fields 608, 609. The two workpiece tables 601, 602 are now rather placed next to each other as compactly as possible, so that a field of continuous collision 607 · Within this range there is the possibility of collision of the two drilling units, if they machine a piece completely independently of each other on one of the two workpiece tables 601, 602.
If a part is completely occupied outside the collision range 607, all the machinings of this part count as non-critical machinings for the control. If, on the other hand, a part protrudes into the collision field 607, all the machinings of this part count as critical machinings. For example pieces 610, 6ll are represented as non-critical pieces as well as pieces 612, 615, 614 are represented as critical pieces. Furthermore, the respective crude size of the pieces to be produced is considered.
The control of the machining center is also based on a signal, which applies to the entire machining center: "trigger the collision field". This signal is handled in the control unit, where all the partial machining of a critical part is expanded for the demands of this signal. Before calling a machining program, therefore, the signal is first requested from the control unit: "trigger collision field". If the signal is free, the machining program can be called up and processed. Once the machining program is completed, the signal is then triggered for the whole machine. Other machining programs, which require this signal to be recalled, are then blocked by the control unit, until the signal is again available to the control unit.
