Abstract

E' descritto un anticorpo monoclonale bispecifico (bimAb) anti-EGF-R/anti-CD3 di un isotipo ibrido (IgG1/IgG2a). E' descritta inoltre la costruzione di un ibridoma ibrido secernente tale bimAb, e la purificazione delle molecole bimAb anti-EGF-R/anti-CD3 dagli anticorpi monoclonali (mAb) anti-EGF-R e anti-CD3 realizzata mediante cromatografia su proteina-A seguita da una cromatografia a scambio cationico. Questo bimAb si è dimostrato utile contro cellule tumorali presentanti il recettore del fattore di crescita epidermico (EGF-R+).
