La presente innovazione riguarda il settore dell’ oreficeria e della bigiotteria. Più in particolare, essa ha per oggetto un nuovo modello di chiusura, destinata ad equipaggiare bracciali, collane o simili articoli a struttura filiforme flessibile. This innovation concerns the goldsmith and costume jewelery sector. More specifically, it relates to a new closure model, intended to equip bracelets, necklaces or similar items with a flexible filiform structure.

Nel settore appena citato, sono estremamente diffusi articoli a struttura filiforme flessibile, consistenti in pratica in un cordino in materiale tessile, o in una cinghietta o fettuccia tipicamente in pelle. L’elemento filiforme serve in genere da supporto per riporti decorativi, delle più svariate forme e caratteristiche ornamentali. Nella maggior parte dei casi l’elemento filiforme è aperto, e la chiusura del bracciale (o della collana) si realizza connettendo tra loro i due capi dell’elemento. Tale connessione può essere un semplice nodo, ma questa soluzione è in genere sgradita, perché è antiestetica e poco funzionale (la connessione è disagevole da realizzare e rimuovere, oltre che poco sicura, specialmente dopo un uso prolungato). In the aforementioned sector, articles with a flexible filiform structure are extremely widespread, consisting in practice of a cord made of textile material, or a strap or tape typically made of leather. The filiform element generally serves as a support for decorative inserts, of the most varied forms and ornamental characteristics. In most cases the threadlike element is open, and the closure of the bracelet (or necklace) is achieved by connecting the two ends of the element together. This connection can be a simple node, but this solution is generally unwelcome, because it is unsightly and not very functional (the connection is uncomfortable to make and remove, as well as unsafe, especially after prolonged use).

Si ricorre pertanto a delle chiusure metalliche, utilizzando i meccanismi di svariate configurazioni messe a disposizione dalla tecnica nota. Queste ultime sono tuttavia generalmente concepite per articoli a maglie di metallo, e non si adattano bene, dal punto di vista estetico, ad articoli più sportivi e giovanili quali quelli in questione. La connessione della chiusura metallica all’elemento filiforme pone poi dei problemi tecnici non banali, e che vanno comunque ad aumentare i costi produttivi. Più in generale, questi ultimi sono gravati in modo non insignificante dal costo del meccanismo di chiusura; al riguardo, si deve considerare che gli articoli in questione si collocano in genere su una fascia di prezzo medio-bassa, per cui anche il minimo aggravio di costi può risultare inaccettabile. Lo scopo della presente innovazione è quello di fornire una chiusura per bracciali, collane o simili articoli a struttura filiforme flessibile in particolare realizzati in corda o cuoio naturali o sintetici, la quale, pur possedendo i requisiti di sicurezza e comodità d’uso propri delle convenzionali chiusure metalliche destinate alle tradizionali catene orafe, si integri perfettamente, dal punto di vista funzionale ed estetico, con l’elemento filiforme, incidendo in modo trascurabile sui costi produttivi. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a closure for bracelets, necklaces or similar items with a flexible filiform structure in particular made of natural or synthetic rope or leather, which, while possessing the safety and comfort requirements of conventional metal closures intended for traditional goldsmith chains, integrate perfectly, from a functional and aesthetic point of view, with the thread-like element, negligibly affecting production costs.

Tale scopo viene raggiunto dalla chiusura per bracciali, collane o simili articoli a struttura filiforme flessibile secondo la presente innovazione, comprendente un corpo scatolare provvisto di mezzi di fissaggio ad un capo di un elemento filiforme flessibile, e di mezzi di connessione reversibile all’altro capo dell’elemento, caratterizzata dal fatto che i mezzi di fissaggio e i mezzi di connessione reversibile comprendono: due fori ricavati coassialmente su parti opposte del corpo, il diametro dei fori essendo tale da consentire l' introduzione di detti capi sostanzialmente a misura; ed una scanalatura ricavata sul corpo, avente larghezza corrispondente al diametro dei fori ed evolvente, deviando dall’asse comune di detti fori, tra uno di essi ed una estremità allargata, atta a consentire il passaggio dei capi annodati su se stessi, per cui entrambi i capi annodati possono essere inseriti entro il corpo e bloccati in riscontro al suo interno, uno dei capi essendo disimpegnabile dal corpo, per indossare e togliersi l’articolo, sfruttando la scanalatura. Con riferimento alle figure da 1 a 3, la chiusura secondo l’innovazione è costituita essenzialmente da un corpo scatolare 1, preferibilmente in materiale metallico (prezioso o non prezioso). Nell’esempio illustrato il corpo 1 ha una forma allungata, a grano ovoidale, il cui asse longitudinale X, come si vedrà tra breve, andrà a disporsi coassialmente all’elemento filiforme flessibile a cui la chiusura è destinata. Il corpo 1 definisce inoltre due fianchi opposti la, lb, sostanzialmente piani, estendentisi parallelamente tra loro ed all’asse longitudinale X. A tale scopo, il corpo 1 viene fissato ad uno dei capi, nei disegni quello indicato con 5’. Il capo 5’ viene inserito dall’esterno nel foro 3, quello cioè non interessato dalla scanalatura 4, e fatto quindi uscire dal corpo 1 attraverso la scanalatura 4. Viene poi effettuato un nodo su detto capo; approfittando della estremità allargata 4b, il capo viene nuovamente introdotto nel corpo 1 finché il nodo va a riscontrare sul lato interno del foro 3, impedendo lo sfilamento. È questa per l’appunto la condizione mostrata in figura 4a nella quale il nodo sul capo 5’ non è visibile in quanto già collocato all’ interno del corpo 1. L’assemblaggio tra chiusura ed elemento filiforme risulta esteticamente pregevole, pur realizzandosi in modo elementare e completamente reversibile. Infatti anche il capo 5’, all’occorrenza, può essere liberato dal corpo 1, estraendo il relativo nodo dall’estremità allargata 4b e quindi sciogliendolo: tale possibilità può tornare ad esempio molto utile per sostituire l’elemento filiforme, in particolare ma non necessariamente in caso di usura, riutilizzando la medesima chiusura. La sicurezza e la comodità d’uso della chiusura sono paragonabili a quelle delle chiusure metalliche tradizionali ma, grazie alla sua particolare semplicità strutturale, con affidabilità e costi produttivi decisamente inferiori. L'innovazione non è limitata alla forma realizzativa sopra descritta ed illustrata, ma ne comprende qualsiasi variante di esecuzione. In particolare, la forma complessiva del corpo 1 potrà variare, assumendo ad esempio forme sferoidali, discoidali, a cuore e quant’altro. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Closure for bracelets, necklaces or similar items with a flexible thread-like structure, comprising a box-like body provided with fastening means at one end of a flexible thread-like element, and with reversible connection means at the other end of said element, characterized by the fact that said fastening means and said reversible connection means comprise: two holes formed coaxially on opposite parts of said body, the diameter of the holes being such as to allow the introduction of said ends substantially to size; and a groove made on said body, having a width corresponding to the diameter of said holes and involute, deviating from the common axis of said holes, between one of them and a widened end, suitable to allow the passage of said ends knotted on themselves, whereby both said knotted garments can be inserted inside the body and locked in abutment inside it, one of the garments being disengageable from said body, for putting on and taking off the article, using said groove.

2. Closure according to claim 1, wherein said body has an elongated shape along a longitudinal axis, at the ends of which respective holes are made, the body further defining two substantially flat opposite sides extending parallel to each other and to said axis, and two further lateral faces, in turn opposite, substantially orthogonal to said sides, said groove evolving on one of said faces, with an involute portion substantially L-shaped, and on one of said sides, with said widened end.

3. Closure according to claim 2, in which said lateral faces are convex, so as to give said body an overall ovoid grain shape.

4. Closure for bracelets, necklaces or similar items with a flexible filiform structure substantially as described above and illustrated with reference to the attached drawings.
