Sono noti da tempo dei capi di abbigliamento convertibili, i quali però non hanno mai avuto un grande successo commerciale, a causa del fatto che essi presentavano dei problemi in fase di conversione. Inoltre molto spesso questi articoli, anche una volta convertiti, non davano luogo a capi di abbigliamento di piacevole aspetto. Altri capi, ancora più complessi dal punto di vista costruttivo e funzionale, sono descritti nei documenti RU2181978 C1, US2585686 A, nonché CN105595481 A. Tutti questi tre documenti riguardano delle sciarpe multifunzionali. Scopo del presente trovato è quello di realizzare un capo di abbigliamento convertibile che risulti semplice dal punto di vista costruttivo, che sia convertibile in modo rapido e semplice e che, nelle sue varie conformazioni, risulti piacevole dal punto di vista estetico. In particolare il trovato si propone di realizzare un capo di abbigliamento sotto forma di un capospalla che, con modalità semplici e veloci, possa essere modificato in uno scaldacollo. Come visibile nelle figure da 1 a 4, il capo di abbigliamento convertibile di cui al trovato, consiste in un capospalla 1, costituito da una maglia 2 con due manichette corte 3 del tipo cosiddetto “a kimono”. E’ in particolare presente uno scollo 4 in corrispondenza del collo dell’utente ed è prevista, in corrispondenza ad ognuno dei fianchi laterali 7’, 7’’ della maglia e ad una certa distanza dal margine estremo, la dentatura di una chiusura lampo 5. Tale dentatura, come visibile in particolare nelle figure 3 e 4, si estende per l’intero fianco laterale della maglia (in modalità perpendicolare dalla spalla sino al bordo inferiore), con due lati 5’, 5’’ sostanzialmente paralleli lungo detto fianco, che si raccordano reciprocamente, scavalcando la manichetta della maglia. Dalle figure si nota che sulle dentature presenti su ognuno dei fianchi laterali 7’, 7’’ della maglia 2 si impegna una coppia di cursori 6’, 6’’.
