Abstract

Impianto per la lavorazione di barre profilate, in particolare pesanti barre profilate di acciaio, con incastellatura della macchina, linea a rulli di alimentazione e linea a rulli di asportazione, unità di avanzamento con dispositivo di azionamento dell'avanzamento e dispositivo di misurazione dell'avanzamento, almeno un'alesatrice predisponibile per un movimento di su e giù con utensile per alesatura suscettibile di avanzare, almeno un'alesatrice predisponibile per un movimento di avanti e indietro in direzione orizzontale, con utensile per alesatura suscettibile di avanzare e dispositivo di comando per comandare l'avanzamento nel lavoro di alesatura nonché per comandare il lavoro di alesatura. Il dispositivo di comando presenta un elaboratore e l'elaboratore è programmabile in funzione di un software per il lavoro di alesatura. Almeno una delle alesatrici è realizzata al contempo come fresatrice e l'utensile di alesatura è sostituibile con un utensile di fresatura. L'elaboratore del dispositivo di comando è programmabile addizionalmente in funzione di un software per il lavoro di fresatura. Il dispositivo di comando è predisposto addizionalmente per comandare l'avanzamento nel lavoro di fresatura nonché per comandare il lavoro di fresatura.
