Macchina lava-asciugabiancheria dotata di una vasca di lavaggio (1), di un cesto (2) ruotante entro detta vasca ed atto a contenere gli articoli da lavare e a ruotare a velocità differenziate comprendenti la velocità di centrifugazione, di un condotto di scarico (5) posto sotto detta vasca, di un circuito di circolazione dell'aria di asciugatura composto almeno da un primo condotto (6) di aspirazione di aria umida dal 'interno della vasca, da una ventola (7) di circolazione di detta aria di asciiugatura, da un elemento di riscaldamento (8) di detta aria di asciugatura e da un condotto (9) di re-immissione di detta aria in detta vasca in cui dopo la fase di lavaggio e prima della fase di risciacquo viene attivata automaticamente detta ventola (7) di circolazione dell'aria calda per un intervallo di tempo predeterminato (T).
