Abstract

Vengono descritti nuovi agenti terapeutici di derivati del cicloeptimmidazolo, che sono rappresentati dalla seguente formula, oppure vengono descritti loro sali di addizione con alcali, (FORMULA I) (in cui R1 rappresenta H oppure un gruppo isopropile; R2 rappresenta un alchile inferiore; R3 rappresenta un gruppo di un acido carbossilico oppure un gruppo del tetrazolo. A e A1 sono gruppi sostituiti in posizione 4 oppure in posizione 8 e A1 è un atomo di idrogeno oppure un gruppo ossidrile quando A è idrogeno, oppure A e Al sono un osso-gruppo. La linea tratteggiata "-----" indica due doppi legami oppure due doppi legami saturi.Questi composti sono utili come sostanze anti-ipertensione oppure come sostanze contro una insufficienza cardiaca congestiva.
