Abstract

Le composizioni sono ottenute dalla reazione fra un policondensato modificato con peso molecolare 200-15.000 e un ossido o idrossido di un elemento scelto fra Mg, Ca, Ba, Pb, Cd, Zn, Si o loro miscele. Il policondensato modificato è prodotto facendo reagire un glicole o acido policarbossilico o loro anidride comprendente almeno un acido insaturo. Il rapporto molare acido policarbossilico: glicole è 0,9: 1,9. Le nuove composizioni sono caratterizzate da una viscosità minima di 5.000 cicli/secondo a 90°C e raggiungono uno stato di termoindurimento a 100-200°C. La quantità preferita di composto di ossido o idrossido è sino al 35% in peso del policondensato. Le composizioni polimeriche migliorano il trattamento di vari polimeri aumentando la resa e l'indice di flusso di colata. Sono utili come supporti di pigmenti, additivi antigraffio e ritardanti di fiamma (se i polioli contengono bromo).
