Abstract

Il metodo di diagnosi ha lo scopo di rilevare eventuali malfunzionamenti del circuito ad alta pressione. Il circuito comprende una pompa (6) che alimenta combustibile ad una pressione il cui valore viene controllato tramite una elettrovalvola di regolazione pressione (7) alimentata da una corrente il cui duty-cycle viene controllato in cicli di regolazione periodici. Il metodo consiste nel monitorare grandezze correlate alla pressione generata dalla pompa (6) in cicli di regolazione successivi, confrontare l'andamento di tali grandezze con valori di riferimento e generare segnali di guasto nel caso che l'andamento determinato non presenti una relazione prefissata con i valori di riferimento. In particolare, viene verificato il permanere della pressione di alimentazione del carburante al di sopra o al di sotto di valori massimo e minimo, il permanere del duty-cycle della corrente di alimentazione dell'elettrovalvola (7) al di sopra o al di sotto di limiti prefissati e la congruenza fra un valore di pressione misurato ed un valore di riferimento calcolato in base al duty-cycle.Figure 1 e 3.The diagnostic method is intended to detect any malfunction of the high pressure circuit. In particular, the permanence of the fuel supply pressure above or below the maximum and minimum values is checked, the persistence of the duty cycle of the supply current of the solenoid valve (7) above or below preset limits and the congruence between a measured pressure value and a reference value calculated on the basis of the duty cycle.
