Abstract

Un'apparecchiatura di posizionamento intermedio serve ad inserire materiale in fogli, in modo particolare pezzi tagliati di carta o di materiale plastico, tra le fette tagliate da un'affettatrice. Tali fette vengono prodotte con le affettatrici in modo particolare nel settore dell'industria alimentare sotto forma di fette di salame, di formaggio oppure d'altri generi alimentari.Nell'apparecchiatura di posizionamento intermedio secondo il trovato un nastro di carta viene ricavato da un rotolo, detto nastro di carta essendo alimentato nella zona di taglio del coltello circolare dell'affettatrice per mezzo di un dispositivo d'avanzamento che viene azionato ad intermittenza.Per poter pulire facilmente l'apparecchiatura di posizionamento intermedio e rendere allo stesso modo facilmente accessibile la corrispondente zone di entrata dell'affettatrice, è previsto che l'apparecchiatura di posizionamento intermedio venga collocata sul telaio dell'affettatrice in modo tale da risultare mobile e posizionabile.
