Abstract

Amplificatore di potenza (34) in una morsa per macchina (10) dispone di parti di elemento primario (42) che si trovano parallele, in modo da essere spostabili assialmente, tra le quali sono alloggiati un tirante (44), che assieme ad una rondella (46) rappresenta l'elemento secondario, e una struttura di corpo rotolante (72), che dispone di quattro rotoli della stessa grandezza e due aste compresse (58) trapezoidali nella sezione trasversale, che sono sostenute assialmente ogni volta tra due rotoli (72). Entrambe le parti dell'elemento primario (42), sulle loro superfici interne rivolte l'una contro l'altra, hanno rampe inclinate (58) a cui sono puntellate le aste compresse (60) con corrispondenti spalle oblique. Un movimento assiale delle parti dell'elemento primario (42) provoca un movimento verso l'esterno delle aste compresse (60), che viene trasformata sopra un puro movimento di srotolamento dei rotoli (72) in una corsa assiale del tirante centrale (44) L'amplificatore di potenza (34) è grazie alla presa di forza secondaria centrale impiegabile in maniera versatile, permette una grande amplificazione di potenza e ha grazie al puro movimento di srotolamento nell'ambito dell'alta pressione, una lunga durata.(FIG. 1)
