Abstract

Procedimento ed impianto di pretrattamento di morchie oleose di origine petroliera, includenti materiali solidi inerti, materiali organici ed acqua, per la separazione di un prodotto suscettibile ad essere smaltito in un inceneritore, nei quali la morchia viene fluidificata, riscaldandola ad una temperatura compresa tra 70 e 90 gradi centigradi e mantenendola in stato di agitazione, ed i materiali solidi vengono separati dalla morchia e lavati in controcorrente sino alla riduzione del tenore di acqua ad un ordine di grandezza del 20%, ed anche meno, del loro peso. Tra i vantaggi conseguiti vi è quello della riduzione del pericolo di shock termico nel forno dell'inceneritore.
