Abstract
L'invenzione concerne un organo di smorzamento per attenuare sollecitazioni a variazione periodica in cui il materiale determinante per lo smorzamento è di metallo. L'organo di smorzamento è realizzato per sinterizzazione con grani di me-tallo oppure per laminazione con più strati di lamiera perforati, dove i singoli strati di lamiera sono allineati trasversalmente o parallelamente al senso di sollecitazione e sono collegati fra loro su tutta la loro superficie. E' concepibile come organo di smorzamento, anche una struttura composita costituita da una quantità di spine rotonde con interstizi incorporati, allineate parallelamente al senso di sollecitazione. Una certa percentuale di cavità all'interno dell'organo di smorzamento può essere realizzata anche mediante foratura, taglio per lungo o scanalatura. La parte del volume aperto di pori e rispettivamente di fori dell'organo di smorzamento è pari ad almeno il 5%, preferibilmente s circa il 15 - 40%, del suo volume complessivo. Grazie alle cavità integrate nell'organo di smorzamento si possono evitare efficacemente, o comunque ridurre, condizioni di tensione pluriassali che pregiudicano il comportamento di smorzamento.
