Abstract

La macchina in oggetto prevede un primo ed un quarto utensile (5, 6) di lavorazione rispettivamente della superficie orizzontale inferiore ed orizzontale superiore di un pezzo (3) e di un secondo e terzo utensile (10, 11) destinati alle superfici verticali destra e sinistra dello stesso; ognuno degli utensili è supportato da corrispondenti slitte (7, 12) atte a variare la distanza operativa dell'utensile in direzione ortogonale al piano da lavorare; ogni utensile è previsto di una cuffia (8, 13) di copertura dotata di guide (6, 61) ed organi pressori (9, 14) atti a permettere la guida e la stabilizzazione dei pezzi (3), gli utensili verticali (11) sono previsti di un pianetto (15) di riscontro mobile per il pezzo (3) da lavorare e di mezzi (16) di regolazione agenti sulla cuffia (13), sull'utensile (11) e sul pianetto (15) in modo da permettere una variazione, in serie consequenziale sugli stessi ed indipendente tra successivo e precedente, della distanza dal piano da lavorare in funzione di un secondo diametro (D1) di riferimento degli utensili e della larghezza (L) del pezzo (3).
