Abstract

E' descritta una macchina da stampa per fogli di cartone ondulato, che è concepita per facilitare le procedure di cambiamento dell'inchiostro in conformità con altri cambiamenti nella stampa di fogli di carbone ondulato impiegando un inchiostro glicolico di bassa viscosità e rapida essiccazione, in cui l'inchiostro residuo dell'ordine precedente può essere efficacemente recuperato in modo da minimizzare la quantità di inchiostro suscettibile di essere sprecata. La macchina da stampa avente un cilindro lastra con una matrice da stampa montata su esso ed un cilindro di stampa disposto contrapposto al cilindro lastra, girevoli in sensi rotazionali diversi, in cui fogli di carbone ondulato sono concepiti per passare attraverso lo spazio tra il cilindro lastra ed il cilindro di stampa per eseguire stampa in una configurazione predeterminata, la macchina da stampa comprendendo inoltre un rullo di trasferimento di inchiostro che ruota in contatto con la matrice di stampa; un rullo pressore che ruota normalmente in contatto con il rullo di trasferimento dell'inchiostro durante il funzionamento della macchina da stampa per regolare la quantità dell'inchiostro sulla superficie del rullo di trasferimento di inchiostro; un'unità di alimentazione per alimentare selettivamente un inchiostro di bassa viscosità e ad essiccazione estremamente rapida o un dispositivo pulitore al calamaio o fontana di inchiostro definito tra i rulli; una coppia di elementi di sbarramento per aprire e chiudere selettivamente entrambe le estremità longitudinali del calamaio dell'inchiostro; ed una racla che raschia via l'inchiostro o gli scarti di lavaggio dell'inchiostro trasferiti al rullo quando la racla è portato in contatto con esso.
