Abstract

Sistema di accoppiamento per profili di serramenti utilizzando una pluralità di tasselli (A) distanziati lungo il profilo (C), i cui tasselli (A) sono a flange contrapposte con incastro rotazionale a chiave, ove una flangia è a chiave da un alto (1) ed una flangia è discoidale dall'altro (4), collegate da un collo (3) con chiave di rotazione intermedio (2), caratterizzato dal fatto che la flangia discoidale (4), ha una forma discoidale modificata:? Con aggettanze elastiche di interferenza (42) su due assi ortogonali (X/Y) rispettivamente coincidenti uno con l'altro (X-X) con il piano passante per l'asse longitudinale della detta flangia a chiave(1),? a gioco di libero scorrimento, seppur sempre inchiavardato entro la scanalatura di un primo profilo (C) , sugli assi ortogonali ruotati rispetto alla posizione precedente, sino ad un massimo di 45° (Z1/Z2), in modo che sia possibile,? dopo aver inserito la flangia discoidale del tassello di accoppiamento (4) entro il detto primo profilo (C) e ruotata di 45° rispetto agli assi di intereferenza nel primo profilo (Z1/Z2),? far scorrere liberamente i detti tasselli (A) entro la rispettiva scanalatura del primo profilo (C) e :? una volta in posizione di accoppiamento, essere ruotati di 45° in modo che la flangia libera aggettante a chiave (1) si disponga longitudinalmente rispetto alla scanalatura del primo profilo (C), restando ivi elasticamente bloccata per interferenza per poter inserire il secondo profilo da accoppiare (B/B') ed infine:? ruotare ciascun tassello (A) di 90° restando anche in questa posizione, in condizione stabile di interferenza.
