Abstract

Un'apparecchiatura per il controllo di un albero a camme (4) in particolare per verificare parametri dei profili delle camme (5-12), comprende mezzi (3, 19, 20, 21) per posizionare l'albero e porlo in rotazione assiale, primi dispositivi di rilevamento (27-39) per rilevare dimensioni radiali delle camme (5-12) nel corso della rotazione, secondi dispositivi di rilevamento (40-47), distinti dai primi, per cooperare con una zona di riferimento dell'albero (4) e definire una posizione angolare di riferimento, un trasduttore rotativo (26) per rilevare tale posizione angolare di riferimento e definire posizioni angolari di acquisizione, ed un'unità di controllo (63) per ricevere ed elaborare segnali dai dispositivi di rilevamento e dal trasduttore rotativo.Per ogni camma viene memorizzata (74) ed elaborata (75) una successione di valori (h (i)) del relativo profilo, viene calcolato (76, 77) il valore (xBF) dello sfasamento angolare rispetto ad un profilo teorico (T), e vengono effettuate le verifiche relative al profilo reale da controllare (H) con riferimento ad un secondo profilo teorico (T') ottenuto mediante spostamenti angolari del profilo teorico (T) di un angolo pari al valore(xBF) dello sfasamento calcolato.
