Abstract

Cerotto medicato transdermico per il rilascio controllato alla pelle di 17-beta-estradiolo, consistente di una matrice adesiva copolimerica sensibile alla pressione, in cui si scioglie o disperde il principio attivo, di uno strato protettivo staccabile al momento dell'impiego e di uno strato esterno fisso in cui la matrice adesiva copolimerica è formata da 2-etil-esilacrilato, metacrilato, acido acrilico, vinil acetato, idrossil-etilacrilato e le loro miscele, nonché eventuali altri additivi presenti in quantità inferiori allo 0,5% (p/p) nella matrice adesiva.
