Abstract
L'invenzione parte da un procedimento per il serraggio di un pezzo da lavorare dotato di un foro, in cui il pezzo viene sostenuto nella direzione assiale del suo foro e serrato radialmente e da un dispositivo per il serraggio di un pezzo da lavorare, con un foro, con almeno una bussola di serraggio ad azione radiale. Nella lavorazione di un tale pezzo serrato, come nella rettifica, su questo agiscono forze assiali, che devono venire captate in modo sicuro. Per ottenere un appoggio completo del pezzo nei tavoli noti, prima almeno uno dei lati frontali del medesimo deve essere levigato piano in un piano ortogonale al suo asse di simmetria. Per evitare questa fase di lavorazione supplementare, l'invenzione prevede, che il pezzo prima del serraggio radiale venga appoggiato cardanicamente con una delle facce frontali, rispettivamente che nella zona della bussola di serraggio sia previsto un supporto cardanico per il pezzo, come pure nella posizione di riposo siano previsti nella posizione di esercizio pezzi di app oggio che dopo la centratura di questo e il bloccaggio radiale lo sostengano e ne impediscano il movimento assiale in una direzione.(Figura unica).
