Abstract

Macchina separatrice/piegatrice di sacchetti per sviluppare singoli sacchetti di plastica piegati. Una coppia di rulli separatori ad alta velocità, azionati per mezzo di un leverismo ad eccentrico comandato da motore si impegna a contatto di un nastro di plastica continuo per separare singoli fogli di plastica formati nel nastro. Una coppia di nastri larghi paralleli, ed una coppia di simili nastri sovrastanti si impegnano a contatto di entrambe le facce dei sacchetti separati e trasportano i sacchetti ad una molteplicità di stazioni di piegatura. Getti d'aria in posizioni scelte nella separatrice/piegatrice dirigono i sacchetti in modo regolabile tra coppie di rulli formanti imboccature per piegare i sacchetti lungo linee di piegatura prestabilite. Sensori nella separatrice/piegatrice rilevano condizioni anormali e disattivano particolari stazioni di piegatura per rifiutare sacchetti di forma impropria. Un meccanismo rallentatore a due velocità all'estremità di scarico della separatrice/piegatrice rallenta i sacchetti piegati per facilitare la manipolazione a valle. Un trasportatore impilatore e posizionatore opzionale accatasta automaticamente numeri prestabiliti di sacchetti piegati, allinea e comprime i sacchetti per formare una catasta facilmente manipolabile, ed invia la catasta formata e compressa ad un'apparecchiatura a valle, per ulteriori manipolazioni.
