Abstract

Un filtro colore, formato su uno strato semiconduttore con una matrice di pixel secondo la presente invenzione, comprende uno strato di spianamento, condensatori, almeno due interstrati, almeno due strati colorati, uno strato a lenti e lenti formate su di esso, in cui uno strato di spianamento è concavo sui fotodiodi secondo un predeterminato raggio di curvatura in modo che il coefficente di trasmissione della luce sulla superficie degli strati colorati e la concentrazione della luce siano migliorati in maniera efficace (Fig. 2).
