Abstract

E' descritto un processo per la purificazione del virus dell'epatite A che consente di ottenere un prodotto puro con buone rese in cui il materiale organico raccolto per centrifugazione dopo la lisi delle cellule di coltura viene sottoposto a gel filtrazione e successivamente a cromatografia a scambio ionico.
