Abstract
Un regolatore di pressione, la cui pressione di uscita può essere impostata mediante regolazione manuale del precarico di una molla di comando, presenta una valvola a doppia sede con una sede interna e una sede esterna e un organo di chiusura che separa una camera di pressione di alimentazione da una camera di pressione di comando e questa da una camera di scarico. La sede interna della valvola è disposta su un pistone di comando caricato dalla molla di comando. Per l'impostazione di una pressione di uscita più elevata si aumenta il precarico della molla di comando mentre per la riduzione della pressione si riduce il suo precarico. In questo caso si solleva momentaneamente la sede esterna o la sede interna della valvola dall'organo di chiusura della valvola fino a quando, mediante opportuna variazione della pressione, si ristabilisce di nuovo l'equilibrio e la valvola a doppia sede si chiude. Per compensare l'isteresi che in questo caso si viene a formare è previsto un dispositivo di sollevamento che, in presenza di riduzione del precarico della molla di comando, solleva brevemente la sede interna della valvola dall'organo di chiusura della valvola e successivamente diventa di nuovo inettivo. La caduta di pressione più che proporzionale a ciò collegata nella camera di pressione di comando fa in modo che l'equilibrio delle forze per chiudere la valvola a doppia sede sia prodotto sempre dopo l'apertura della sede esterna della valvola mediante aumento della pressione.
