Abstract

Manufatto per implantologia odontoiatrica, caratterizzato dal fatto di consistere essenzialmente nella combinazione delle seguenti parti:- un elemento endosseo (1), eventualmente filettato, con testa svasata (2) ad alloggiamento interno di profilo in sezione a poligono regolare (3), con porzione mediana (4) cava, eventualmente filettata al suo interno (5), con estremità inferiore piena (6) sulla cui superficie laterale è presente almeno una rientranza (7), essendo detto elemento chiudibile con tappo a vite eventualmente dotato di testa con incavo di forma poliedrica;- un moncone (8), eventualmente filettato all'interno (9), di forma sostanzialmente tronco-conica con asse perpendicolare alla base maggiore oppure obliqua rispetto ad essa, eventualmente dotato di almeno un'apertura passante sulla superficie laterale, essendo presente sulla base maggiore un collo cavo (10) di profilo esterno in sezione a poligono regolare, ed essendo il rapporto fra il numero dei verticali del profilo in sezione dell'alloggiamento interno della testa svasata (2) dell'elemento endosseo (1) e il numero dei vertici del profilo esterno in sezione del collo cavo (10) tale da consentire una molteplicità di orientazioni reciproche in frazione di angolo giro fra elemento endosseo e moncone;- un elemento di bloccaggio del moncone all'elemento endosseo (11); e - un elemento di bloccaggio (12) dell'impianto protesico sul moncone.
