Abstract

Zwei Teile (1,2) sind zu einem über ein ein- oder mehrteiliges Hauptscharnier (3) miteinander verbunden und zum Anderen über ein die Schnappwirkung erzeugenden Biegeelement (4). Das Biegelement (4) ist wiederum über Filmscharniere (41) am Teil (1) und über ein Filmscharnier (42) mit einem zweiten Teil (2) angelascht. Das Biegeelement hat eine mehrfach gefaltete Form, die so ist, dass sich immer eine Gerade finden lässt, die das federnde Biegelement an mindestens drei verschiedenen Stellen durchstösst.
Die Konstruktion ermöglicht die Gestaltung von Kunststoffverschlüssen mit einer flachen Kappe (2) mit extrem grossem Oeffnungswinkel und starker Schnappwirkung.
