Abstract

Two parts (1, 2) are joined together, on the one hand, via a single-part or multi-part main hinge (3) and, on the other hand, via a snap-action bending element (4). The bending element (4), in turn, is linked via film hinges (41) to the part (1) and via a film hinge (42) to a second part (2). The bending element has a multi-folded shape which is such that there is always a straight line which penetrates the resilient bending element at at least three different points. The construction allows plastic closures to be designed with a flat cap (2) with an extremely large opening angle and a strong snap action. <IMAGE>
