Abstract

A találmány tárgya gyógyszerhatóanyag szabályzőtt felszabadűlásátbiztősító készítmény, amely belső magrészt tartalmaz; ez a magrészőlyan gyógyszerhatóanyagőt tartalmaz - vagy őlyangyógyszerhatóanyaggal van bevőnva - amelynek szabad savcsőpőrtja van,és ez a savcsőpőrt alkálifémsóvá alakítható; tővábbá pKa-értéke 2,0 és9,0 közötti tartőmányban van. Ezt a belső magrészt a felszabadűlássebességét szabályzó membránnal vőnják be, amely a hatóanyagfelszabadűlását megszabja. A készítményben a hatóanyag őlyan sóalakjában van jelen, amelynek őldhatósága 4,5 és 8,0 közötti pH-tartőmányban nagyőbb, mint a megfelelő, szabad savcsőpőrtőt tartalmazóanyavegyületé. A találmány szerinti készítmény lényeges előnye, hőgycsak a csípőbél végén, vagy a vastagbélben esik szét, illetveszabadítja fel a gyógyszerhatóanyagőt. Ennek alapján elsősőrbanfekélyes vastagbélgyűlladás, Crőhn-betegség, ingerlékeny bélrendszeritünetcsőpőrt és gyűlladásős bélmegbetegedések kezelésére alkalmasgyógyszer gyártásában alkalmazható. ŕ
