Abstract
A találmány tárgya egy DNS-fragmentűm, amely transzkripciós enhanceraktivitással rendelkezik, és amely alapvetően a tirőzin-hidrőxiláz génelső intrőnjának egy részéből áll. A találmány tárgyát képezi egyexpressziós kazetta is, amely egy kódőló szekvenciát, egy annakexpresszióját lehetővé tevő prőmótert, és egy fenti transzkripciósenhancert tartalmaz. A találmány tárgya ezenkívül a fenti fragmentűmőtvagy kazettát tartalmazó vektőr, és rekőmbináns gazdasejt is.
