Abstract

A találmány tárgya műanyag profil merev, deformálható alaprésszelhűtőszekrényekhez. Ez a műanyag profil (1) ajtóval (30) és belsőajtóval (31) ellátott hűtőszekrényekhez, fagyasztószekrényekhez éshasonlókhoz szolgál, amelyekben van egy harmonikás szalagtömítés (20),ami tömítést hoz létre az ajtó és a hűtőszekrény fülkéje (32) között.A profil és a szalagtömítés (20) össze van kötve, vagy egyetlenintegrált darabot képeznek, amelyet két, különböző merevségű anyagegyüttes extrudálásával állítanak elő, hogy szükség esetén aszalagtömítést (20) könnyen el lehessen választani a profiltól azösszekötési terület mentén. A profilban van egy horony (23), amelyalkalmas csereként egy harmonikás szalagtömítés (20) befogadására, ésaz említett hornyot (23) két fal (5 és 5') határolja, amelyekfüggőlegesen vagy ferdén terjednek ki egy alaprészből (3). A találmányértelmében az alaprész (3) lényegében C szelvényként van kialakítva,amely rugalmasan deformálható egy lágy anyagú könyök (8) révén, amelykönyök csuklópántként működve lehetővé teszi a C szelvény rugalmaslehajlítását és ezzel a belső ajtó (31) élének bepattanókapcsolódásátmagán a szelvényen belül, és a profil tömítettséget hoz létre azajtónak (30) ezen az élén.
