Abstract

A találmány eljárás, gépkocsik légzsákszerelvényét befogadóburkolatának gyengítésére, amely légzsákszerelvény olyan légzsákotfoglal magában, amely ütközés érzékelésekor felfúvódik. A gyengítésrévén a légzsák nyitásához való ajtónyílást hoznak létre, és aburkolatot legalább egy rétegből készítik. Lényege, hogy a burkolatfelületét hornyolják és ehhez a megmunkálandó felületre vágósugárnyalábforrásból vágósugarat irányítanak, valamint a burkolatot azelőre meghatározott hornyolási mintának megfelelően viszonylagosanelmozdítják a vágósugárforráshoz képest. A vágósugárral végzetthornyolást érzékelő sugárnyalábokkal ellenőrzik, amelyet elsőérzékelővel, valamint második külső érzékelővel hoznak létre. Ezeketaz érzékelőket a burkolat szembefekvő oldalain rendezik el és azokat avágósugárral hornyolandó burkolathelyre irányítják. Az első érzékelőta burkolatnak azon az oldalán rendezik el, amelyen a vágósugárforrást.Az első érzékelő sugárnyalábot kombinálják a vágósugárral olyanértelemben, hogy a kombinált szegmenseket egymással kollineárishelyzetbe hozzuk, amikor azok felütköznek a hornyolandóburkolatfelületen és azokat folytonosan azonos pontokra irányítják ahornyolási alakzat mentén. A vágósugárral eltávolítandó anyagmennyiségét az előre meghatározott horonyalakzat mentén minden egyesponton szabályozzuk a hornyolásnak az első és a második érzékelőkáltal a hornyolás közben generált visszacsatolási jeleivelösszhangban. A burkolatot a vágósugárhoz képest viszonylagosanelmozdítják, és eközben elkészítik az előre meghatározott hornyolásialakzat mentén a hornyolást. A találmány szerinti berendezésnekvágósugárforrása (12) van, amely a burkolat (16) egyik oldalán afelület hornyolására alkalmas kialakítású. Mozgatóegysége (24) is van,amely a vágósugárforrás (12) és a burkolat (16) előre meghatározottalakzatban történő viszonylagos elmozdítására alkalmas.Érzékelőegysége van a burkolat maradékanyag-vastagságánakellenőrzésére, ennek első érzékelője (20) és második külső érzékelője(26) van, ezek a burkolat szembefekvő oldalain vannak elrendezve és aburkolatnak a vágósugárral hornyolandó pontjaira vannak irányítva. Abelső érzékelő (20) a burkolatnak (16) azon az oldalán van elrendezve,amelyen a vágósugárforrás (12). Sugárkombináló szerkezete (22) van,amely a hornyoló sugárnyalábot és az első érzékelő által kibocsátottérzékelő sugárnyalábot kollineáris kapcsolatban kombinálni képes.Továbbá vezérlőszerkezete (30) az előre meghatározott alakzat menténminden egyes ponton a burkolat (16) hornyolását figyeli és ellenőrzi,valamint a vágósugár hornyolási hatását a burkolatanyag előremeghatározott maradó falvastagságának megfelelően szabályozza.
