A folyékony élelmiszer alkalmazható például pudingként vagymég sütetlen, formázott tésztába folyékony töltelékként bevittállapotban. Az élelmiszer jól tárolható és jól adagolható. Továbbá, azélelmiszer a sütésnek ellenálló, nem fut ki a sütés során, és a sütésiműveletet követően elnyeri a kívánt szilárd szerkezetet.
