Abstract
A találmány tárgya folyékony élelmiszer, eljárás ennek előállítására,és alkalmazása süteményekben, desszertekben és hasonló termékekben. Atalálmány szerinti folyékony élelmiszer, például süteménytöltelékhőreverzibilis gélt képző hidrokolloidok és cellulózszármazék alapúhidrokolloidok natív és/vagy módosított keményítővel való kombinációinalapulnak. A folyékony élelmiszer alkalmazható például pudingként vagymég sütetlen, formázott tésztába folyékony töltelékként bevittállapotban. Az élelmiszer jól tárolható és jól adagolható. Továbbá, azélelmiszer a sütésnek ellenálló, nem fut ki a sütés során, és a sütésiműveletet követően elnyeri a kívánt szilárd szerkezetet. A találmánytárgyát képezi továbbá sütemények és desszertek előállítására szolgálóeljárás, amelynek során töltelékként a fenti folyékonysüteménytölteléket alkalmazzák. Ó
