Abstract

A találmány tárgya úszó gyógyszerkészítmény, amely tartalmaz legalábbegy első, aktív fázist, és egy második, inaktív fázist. A találmánytaz jellemzi, hogy az aktív fázis legalább egy hatóanyagot tartalmazegy vagy több kötőanyaggal, és az inaktív fázis legalább egygázfejlesztő rendszert, valamint legalább egy hidrofil polimert vagyporózus ásványi vegyületet tartalmaz. Az aktív fázisban a hatóanyagmennyisége legalább 80, előnyösen legalább 85, még előnyösebbenlegalább 90 tömeg%. Az inaktív fázis hidrofil polimerje poliszacharidanyagok, ezekkel rokon anyagok és fehérje anyagok közül vankiválasztva, míg a porózus ásványi vegyület a szilikátok ésszármazékaik közül van kiválasztva, például kalcium-szilikát vagykalcium-fluorid- alapú mátrix.
