Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás a nyersvastermelésből származó hulladékhőhasznosítására forgódobos kemencékben, amelynek során anyersvastermeléskor keletkező, kis kalóriatartalmú, maradékszénmonoxidot és hidrogént tartalmazó füstgázt (1) egy gőzgenerátorban(2) égéslevegővel (3) végzett utóégetéssel inert folyamatgázzáalakítják, és a folyamatgázzal való hőcsere révén forró gőzt (4)állítanak elő egy gőzturbinaegység (5) számára. A találmány lényegeaz, hogy a forró gőzt (4) a folyamatgázzal való hőcsere által többtúlhevítő-fokozatban, túlhevítik, a folyamatgázt különbözőhőmérsékletszintű részáramokban szívják el, ahol egy első, atúlhevítő-fokozatok között a gőzgenerátorból (2) elszívottfolyamatgáz-részáram (6) hőmérsékletszintjét a folyamatgáznyersércelőmelegítésre való felhasználásához igazítják, míg egymásodik, a gőzgenerátor-kimenetnél elszívott folyamatgáz-részáram (7)hőmérsékletszintjét a folyamatgáz szénszárításra való felhasználásávalhozzák összhangba. Az elvételi gázhőmérsékleteket az égéslevegő (3)mennyisége és/vagy hőmérséklete révén szabályozzák. Ó
