Abstract

A találmány tárgya granulátum, valamint eljárás és berendezés annakelőállítására. A találmány segítségével utánanövő nyersanyagokbólolyan granulátum állítható elő, amely fröccsöntésre alkalmas, továbbáadalékok hozzáadásával mechanikai és fizikális tulajdonságai tághatárok között variálhatók. A találmány szerinti eljárásnak az azelőnye, hogy a granulátum előállítása a felhasznált növényi részekkülön előkezelése nélkül történhet. Az eljárás megvalósításáhozberendezés van tervezve, amely előgranuláló egységből és véggranulálóegységből, illetve adott esetben egy előgranuláló egységből is állhat.Különösen tiszta granulátum a véggranuláló egység különbözőkialakításával kapható, amely egymással szemben futó vagy egymásbanfutó présszerszámokkal látható el.
